Following the obtained building permit, the project implementation starts aiming to create a seamless blend of modern architecture and nature, achieve harmony with the adjacent Karoliniškės Landscape Reserve, and enhance the existing natural potential.
The project’s landscape architecture concept is based on a clear hierarchy of public spaces, separating private residential zones from communal ones, and features the development of an extensive network of greenery, forming a cohesive green carpet for the project. These solutions will allow residents to enjoy a high-quality, aesthetic, and private environment while simultaneously fostering a sense of community.
The project scope includes the implementation of a publicly accessible space featuring a community gathering area with picnic tables, sun loungers, and benches. To create a cozy and natural atmosphere, organic-shaped pathways, green islets, and small hills are utilized. The landscaping solutions use plant species native to the area, enriching the local biodiversity.
